Adventure in Citizenship

• Sponsorship of an outstanding year 11 student to participate in a seven day programme in Canberra that aims to stimulate the delegates to think about Australia as a whole, its political culture, its economy and its legal system and provide them with an opportunity to discuss at national level contemporary issues that will effect their future.

R.Y.P.E.N.

• RYPEN stands for Rotary Youth Programme of Enrichment. It is based on a seminar held over a weekend. It has as its principal aim the communication to the young people involved (male & female 15 to 17 years) of a series of ideas, problems and social experiences that will assist them in forming their own values and moral standards.

Transition Camp

• Sponsorship of transportation for annual camp for hearing impaired students in year 5 to 7 from Geelong & Colac region.

 Rotary Junior Community Award

• Programme aims to assist children in their final year of primary school gain a more informed and balanced view of our community.

Siemens Science Experience

• Sponsorship of 3 year 9 students to attend a 3 day science program designed to encourage students to pursue a career in science and study physics, chemistry and mathematics in years 10, 11 and 12.

N.Y.S.F.

• Sponsorship of a year 11 student to attend the annual National Youth Science Forum held in Canberra. The forum aims to provide the delegate with an experience in what a science career is all about in a 2 week residential programme that covers a number of aspects of undertaking a career in the sciences.
