To identify local community projects in need of assistance otherwise not available and to support them physically and financially.

Barwon Youth Accommodation Project

"The Acreage"

This property has been established to help support young people and to let them develop life skills.  To teach them how to survive and to be able to ask for help.  We have contributed financial assistance towards minibus.

Foundation 61

Financial and material assistance to Foundation 61's drug and alcohol rehabilitation program--numerous items of furniture and sports equipment plus $2,800.

HOPE Bereavement

Financial assistance, near $20,000 over three years to HOPE Bereavement Care's counselling and family support program. Also assisted in the manning of a family fun day for all participants in the program.

Geelong Play Space

Financial contribution towards construction of Geelong Play Space to construct an all ability children's play area. 

Red Shield appeal.

Provision of manpower to the Red Shield appeal.

Shine On awards.

 Preparation and submission of an application to the Shine On awards.

Mental Health Week

Sponsorship of Mental Health Week awards in the Barwon region. Organisation of and participation in the Rotary Mental health Safari's visit to Geelong.

Young Parents Access Program (YPAP)

This program supports young parents to return to school to complete their secondary education.  We have partly contributed to their preparation camp
