10/18/03 - Possible Impact of New Project

Looking south on Wyoming Ave. as it appeared in the 1940s.  St. Peter's Cathedral in in the foreground on the right, and the St. Peter's Square project is proposed for the next block on the right.  The Bank Towers building is in the background on the right, with its original tower.

Here is the 2004 view of the block from the Webcam on top of the Times Building.  Today, most of the buildings on that block have been bulldozed, and all that remains is a large parking lot.

Here is the proposed condominium project - note that the artist has drawn the tower back on top of Bank Towers.  Perhaps that is a future project - interesting.
