Connell Building 4/17/04 - Connell Building Renovations Move Ahead 3/06/04 - Condominium Plan Unveiled for Connell Building 6/04/03 - Connell Building to be Restored with $10 Million Project The Connell Building, built in 1910 as one of the first office buildings in Scranton, was down to thirty percent occupancy. In 2003, it was bought by a King of Prussia who only paid slightly more than $600K owed in back taxes. The plan is to develop the building to offer high end condominiums, and retail space on the ground floor. The total renovation is expected to cost about $10-$12 Million.
