Embarking on a journey for the perfect body a year ago, I have come to several conclusions. I can re-model my body shape but I can't completely transform it. I should be realistic of what I can change and accept that which I can't.  A healthy lifestyle is forever. It lowers your risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke and high blood pressure amongst others.Excercise lowers stress and increases self confidence. My goal no longer was to look like Cindy Crawford it was to be healthy for life and to look like me. My goal extended from my body, to my mind, to my soul. Take the challenge, self improvement is an admirable goal!
