         Aerobic Work Out:
Do at least 30minutes 3 times a week at a moderate intensity. Your best workouts are:  running, swimming, cycling.
             Weight Training:
Do a session at least three times a week.
Upper body: Lift light (3-5lbs) weights 2 sets per body part for 10-15 repetitions. Lower body: Use light weights 2 sets per body part for 10-15repetitions to avoid gaining too much mass.
