         Aerobic Work Out:
Avoid doing more than 60 mins cardio a day. 30 -60 mins 3-4 times a week at a moderate intensity. Your best workouts are: kickboxing, swimming, elliptical, and stair stepper.
             Weight Training:
Do a session at least three times a week.
Upper body: Lift heavy (5-12lbs) weights 2-4 sets per body part for 6-10 repetitions. Lower body: Use heavier weights and set machines at 20lbs or more, do 2-4 sets per body part for 6-10 reps
                   Try:
Full skirts
Tops that encircle the base of neck in a shallow ring
Horizontal stripes

Gain strength in your 'core' muscles to help you in your weight training sessions. 10 mins abs 3-4 times a week.
             Stretching:
Add grace to your movements and prevent injuries from your work outs by stretching.
Do at least two 10 min sessions per week and if you can do a minimum of 5 min every time you work out.
