~ Tavern or Inn Duties ~
Also known as "Chores"

In this section, cyn has included a list of duties or chores that a girl can do within the Tavern or Inn where she calls Home. These can be modified, expanded and, of course, added to. The main thing to remember is to be creative and always, above all, display both your abolute obedience and exquisite beauty. In cyn's opinion, chores are a way in which a girl can both show her devotion to her Home as well as an outlet for her creativity. Masters seem, for some reason, to enjoy watching busy kajira tending to their Homes online instead of sitting idly on the furs, playing with their hair or creating mischief that can lead to trouble or worse yet, being labeled a "subbie brat". Since in our hearts we want to be pleasing always, the following list are simply creative ways in which you can begin to do so. Some links are provided for additional information. Enjoy!

Sweep & scrub stone floors
Clean fire pit & hearths; rebuild fires
Wash & dry tables and chairs
Clean & rake sand pit; polish pole
Wash windows & oil window frames
Cure animal/game skins
Gather kindling & wood to refill bins
Check for chipped vessels in kitchen
Gather used dishes; wash, dry & replace
Clean & refill empty botas
Begin a pot of sullage for the day
Start roasting tarsk & bosk meat
Bake fresh Sa-tarna & black bread
Clean kettles in the hearth
Make fresh blackwine & kalda
Prepare fresh slavewine
Dust & oil all furniture
Clean & refill tharlarion oil lamps

Gather fresh flowers & make wreaths
Check & restock the medical kit
Milk the bosk
Fill candleholders with new tapers
Make fresh cheese & butter
Grind fresh spices, place in containers
Turn & braise roasting meats
Fetch fresh water & fill barrels
Dry herbs/spices by hanging out
Do the mending & sewing
Clean & dry parsit fish
Feed animals & clean out pens
Make healing salve for medical kit
Make fresh ka-la-na and/or paga
Check coldroom; throw out old foods
Beat & refresh all guest furs
Clean the slave kennels
