Appearance:

Missy has a heart-shaped, pale face, and a head which tends to look particularly massive most of the time because the rest of her is so scrawny. Her original hair color, strawberry blonde, she usually covers up with a variety of choice colors, acquired most often through bribery and begging.
Small nose, extra skin on the side of her ears that she tells people means she is an elf, and short fingers. She has green eyes and her hands still look like a child's, star-shaped and round.

Personality Quirks:

Imagine a rubber bouncy-ball. A colorful one, probably with glitter and maybe a dead bug stuck inside. Good. Now, imagine a battery-powered bouncy-ball. Particularly, imagine one which lights up as it bounces around, and due to a slight deformity is not exactly round, and therefore unpredictable in where it happens to fly.
With any luck from the Imagination Faery, you have just imagined Missy Bell in a very rubber form. She has an unlimited amount of energy, is not particularly school-smart but usually clever enough in pranks and coy wording, and holds no grudge against anyone in the entire world.
Missy Bell loves everyone she meets, and honestly believes that they love her in return.
She has a short attention span, brightly colored clothes, hair, shoes, pens, thoughts and dreams, and a habit of giving people physical shocks (ie, biting, licking, head-ramming friends affectionately).
Lately, Missy has been a little uncertain for the first time in her life. At a family reunion, a careless relative suggested that she needed therapy and (though she promptly scrunched up her face, crossed her eyes and stuck out her tongue to demonstrate her sanity) Missy spent a little too much time thinking about the comment. It has been at the back of her mind lately, and she has been trying to push it further back by acting up as much as she always has, even though she feels that she might be growing out of it.

Family Life:

Having spent her entire life as a Pureblood in a beautiful countryside house, Missy's luxury unsurprisingly is surprisingly unlimited to her actual wealth. She has two older brothers who are out of school now and take care of her, Samuel and Cory. Before they went off to school, she spent her time fooling around on the property with them, but after they left, learned to entertain herself . . . quite well.
Her mother she never knew too well, and is currently in an insane asylum with Missy's younger sister Gloria. Insanity runs in the family alongside red hair, and Missy enjoys frightening strangers with this fact as one of the first she uses to introduce herself.
Her father works from the home - thus the rule that the children must play outside during the day - and hears little of Missy and her brothers' adventures in the Muggle town or with the neighboring children. A kind man, he spoils his children with the excuse to himself that at least they are good-natured, and self-sufficient. She sees him only from dinner to bedtime, the hours he takes care to set aside to finish raising his family.

Fears:

Missy fears nothing that she could imagine.

Hopes:

She wakes up every day with hopes to have fun, make more friends, see all her other friends, cause mayhem and eat a lot of food. She tends not to think in the long-term, but would dearly appreciate not inheriting the insanity with her hair.

Interests:

Quidditch, fun, people, friends, food fights, school, giving people presents, meeting new people, eating, playing, magic tricks.

Talents:

While her school skills lack and she isn't particularly beautiful, Missy has an eerie capability to rally a large group of people and direct them towards a focused purpose. She also has an amazing throwing arm, but only if she's throwing mashed potatoes or goldfish.
