Sorry we've been long in getting our some current news about us! We're just plugging along at life and it's going at a quick pace! God is our anchor and rock in this season--He's holding us securely so that life doesn't blow us all over the place, a fact for which we are truly grateful. But we are also trying to be patient to wait on Him for when it is time to move on. Thanks for your prayers and for taking time to read what's been happening.

In Other News...

In our corner of the world, things may be pretty different from where you are. The time, the weather, maybe even the season! We'll be posting those things here, plus any news that ties us to you.

Did You Know?
Just a bit of trivia:
Did you know that Serbia doesn't officially have Christmas in December? The official religion is Serbian Orthodox, and like Russian and other Orthodox churches, they run on a different calendar, so Christmas is actually celebrated each year on January 7th instead of December 25th, exactly two weeks after what is our customary Christmastime. So for all of you who feel like you could use some extra time at the holidays, that's part of it. We in the West are short two whole weeks!

"Excuse me, do you have the time?"
Depending on your time zone, Serbia is most likely either 9, 8, 7, or 6 hours ahead of your local time. In other words:
from Pacific Time, add 9 hours
from Mountain Time, add 8 hours
from Central Time, add 7 hours
from Eastern U.S. Time, add 6 hours
If you live in England, Serbia is 1 hour ahead; if you live in Ukraine or beyond to the east, it is at least 1 hour behind.
