| PREP: Pilsbury Pizza Crust is the perfect dumpling dough, and it's ready to go. Just break it out, flour both sides and roll to the desired thickness, and proceed as usual. A real work, mess, and time saver. Make 'em and freeze some on a cookie sheet to bag up. Great! I'll never make dialup dumplings again. |
| I use a pizza cutter to cut my dumplings, and sometimes even use scissors. A sharp knife dipped in cold water is still the best way ro cut dumplings, though. Don't be too concerned about shape, but try to make them all close to the same size so they cook at the same rate. |
