| PREP: Lay out a bed of nachos on a paper plate. Dab with canned no-bean chili, or mashed regular chili. Sprinkle salsa and minced onion and/or olive slices on that- be creative! Cover all with shredded mixed cheeses. Zap on HI for 1 minute, or until cheese melts. Get out the cold beer. I like toaster oven results-- use a foil pan instead of paper plate for that. |
