| I mistakenly bought this cut years ago thinking it was rib-eye. It is very good and I hardly ever buy anything else, nowadays. At half the price of Rib-Eye Steak, it's irresistible. Great for shish-ka-bobs, too, and it's all I ever use, anymore. The butcher called it "The best kept secret in meat." |
