GUIDE TO CHOOSING A STEAK
This boneless and flavorful steak is also tender. The chuck eye is tender because it is a continuation of the muscles in the rib eye which extends into the chuck.
I mistakenly bought this cut years ago thinking it was rib-eye. 
It is very good and I hardly ever buy anything else, nowadays.

At half the price of Rib-Eye Steak, it's irresistible.

Great for shish-ka-bobs, too, and it's all I ever use, anymore.
