Mission Statement

Harwood Park Neighborhood Improvement Association was formed to:

1. democratically represent the Harwood Park neighborhood;

2. identify, investigate, and resolve problems;

3. make improvements to improve or beautify our neighborhood;

4. distribute community information affecting Harwood Park or surrounding Elkridge area;

5. become a "legitimate" community organization to work with local, state and other organizations.
