Harwood Park is a suburban community nestled in Elkridge, Maryland. Over 375 homes are part of Harwood Park. A group of neighbors have joined together in creating the "Harwood Park Neighborhood Improvement Association."

Issues that our association are actively pursuing include the speeding and traffic safety issues, multi-dwelling houses popping up in large lots in the older section of Harwood Park, flood zone, rezoning, crime prevention, neighborhood park improvements, and the "growing pains" of new development in our neighborhood.

Our association meets the second Thursday of each month to discuss topics of concern to residents. If you have a topic of concern that you would like discussed, please e-mail us! Look for the signs throughout the neighborhood a few days before the meeting to serve as a reminder to you. Harwood Park neighbors are always welcome!

Thanks to the generosity of the members of the Harwood Park Methodist Church, our group is able to hold meetings in their church hall. See a picture of the church below! The church is located on the corner of Euclid and Highland Avenues. We meet at 7 pm and usually end around 8 pm with one main topic each month. Please join us!
