                                                                               STEP 1
To start, download Hex workshop here and the offset list here.  First off, load up your hex editor, then load up a map.

                                                                               STEP 2
Then, open up your offset list and go to projectiles.

                                                                                STEP 3
Then find the warthog bullet offset.

                                                                                STEP 4
Now, put this into the goto box in your hex editor.

                                                                                STEP 5
Now, go back to your offset list and find the rocket projectile value.

                                                                               STEP 6
Now, overwrite the old value with the rocket value.

                                                                               STEP 7
Now, save the file, and play your modded game!
