STEP 1
Before you are able to use HMT v3, you will first need install ".NET Framework SDK Version 1.1," and even before you
can install that, you will need to install ".NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package." This can be a very
complicated thing to do, but if you read this tutorial then you should be able to get HMT v3 up and running.
NOTE: You will not need to mess around with these programs once you have installed them. Keep in mind that you only
need to install ".NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package" and ".NET Framework SDK Version 1.1" in order
the get HMT v3 running.
First of all, you need to download and install ".NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package," which you can
download by clicking here. To install this, you will just simply need to open up the file you downloaded, which will be
labeled "dotnetfx.exe"
STEP 2
Now you can proceed to download and install ".NET Framework SDK Version 1.1." First, you will need to download this
program, which you can do by clicking here. Next, just simply open the file that you have downloaded, which will be
named "setup.exe"
STEP 3
You can now finally, download and install HMT v3, which you can do by clicking here.
