Please note that the franchised dealers are independent and autonomous companies, being responsible on their own for their business actions. For this reason Volkswagen AG cannot become involved, as the issue you have raised relates directly to the retailer. We note that you already got in touch with Volkswagen do Brasil. This was the right step to take, as they deal with all matters concerning Volkswagen in your country. Please note that we have appointed an official importer in each country to deal with cases such as yours, as they are better able to judge and to take effective action on the spot. Please understand that it is difficult, if not impossible, to deal with individual complaints from the export countries from our head office in Germany and on the basis of correspondence alone.
