The Bonesnappers – Goblin tribe now consisting of many humanoids races brought together by an outside force thought to be Kasera and her followers.

Scarlet Brotherhood – Significant political power led by Monks; reputed to be worshippers of Tharizdun; run Bredthrall camps responsible for creatures similar to the one used in the Menowood druid killings; hunting Isach to regain possession of book he took from one of the camps.

Council of Menowood Druids – Battled unknown camp in the heart of the Menowood; attempted to help Lirrim while he was afflicted with lycanthropy; Sione pledges allegiance to this order of druids.

People of the Black Caverns – Believed to be ancient ancestors of high elves, only much taller and stouter; built many underground cities throughout the Flanaess many years before the migrations of the Suloise, Baklunish, or Oeridian; little else is know of their day to day lives, religion, or society; many of the items crafted by them have survived in the abandoned cities all these centuries, strangely enough, including perfectly preserved bodies found in large tombs found in each city; many of the writings recovered from the cities deal with divination, and the return of the race to the world sometime in the future; elaborate jewelry and tattoos apparently used to symbolize status within their society, where those of lower standing have less markings and jewelry and those of higher standing have more and more detailed and elaborate markings and jewelry.

Council of Seven - The ruling council in Malwander, directly reporting to the King in Pitchfield; members include Chairman Amile, who was appointed directly to the post by the King, Councilwoman Tara, and Councilmen Harngard, Nalor, Calar, Dosel, and of course Irithan.

Kasera & her followers – Apparently bent on retrieving the amulets to release Tharizdun from his prison, this group has considerable influence in Pitchfield, especially within the King’s court, and including agents within the City Guard; believed to include The Bonesnappers, the “mysterious assassin”, Councilman Irithan, Vazeras, Striden, Maj, and Azeal; members have been encountered in Naerie, New Keep, Malwander, and Pitchfield, as well as in the Menowood, the Grandwood Forest, the Hollow Highlands, and the Glorioles; possible tie to the Scarlet Brotherhood.

Drow of the Bonewood – The drow found in the underground caverns beneath the Bonewood have a bustling city predicated on the sales of Eracache, a drug derived from a phosphorescent algae grown deep underground and harvested by a tribe of enslaved Myconids.
