Age: He was born in 1919 (with his 21st birthday in 1940, if the events in Red Raven Comics #1 could be said to have happened during the year of publication), and frozen in a "death-like hibernation" about 20 years before the events of X-Men Vol. 1 #44 (10-15 years ago Marvel time). He looks to be in his late 20's, so he may age slowly thanks to avian science, or other factors may be involved. Weapons: The Red Raven has been known to use clubs and energy-guns of avian design. |

Adoptive Parents: When the Red Raven was found as the lone survivor of the plane crash on aerie, he was raised as a birdman. In the original version (Red Raven Comics #1) it was the king that raised the Red Raven personally. In the version told by the Red Raven Android, the child was adopted by a brown-haired birdman (above) and blond birdwoman (left). The version with adoptive parents is likely correct, but the Android's stories also included uncharacteristically violent birdpeople, so it could go either way. |

Birth Parents: The Red Raven's unnamed mother was aboard the plane carrying him from their home in Europe to America when it crashed. She said a silent prayer as the plane went down for the safety of her young son. No references have ever been made to the Red Raven's birth father or siblings (if any). |
