The Surikovs family — Irina and Arnold — performed the “Ichkhar” practice at a seminar and they were surprised at the changes that  happened in their life. Yesterday I didn’t have any time to do my homework, because I was at the seminar. And our teacher gave us a math test. At first I was afraid. I thought if I didn’t take this test, I would get a bad mark, and Mom and Dad would scold. 

I remembered that yesterday the Happiness Professor taught me to raise energy to have good memory. When we have a lot of energy, we can control everything. We can learn books by heart, draw well, sing, and solve difficult tasks. 

I breathed in deeply, held my breath, and read the secret mantra that I was given at the seminar. During breathing out I raised the light beam from my coccyx to the head center. I saw a bright light, which radiated around me. A textbook page with a ready answer appeared in front of me. At once I recalled and thanked in my mind the Academy founder, academician Altai Chi, about whom an Academy tutor told me at the seminar, and I rewrote the ready answer in my notebook. When the teacher checked my test, he said that I was the only one who got an excellent mark. In the evening I was at the seminar again.

How did you know you needed to raise energy?

I just felt I needed to do it. And after Su-jock lessons I began to see inner organs on human hand. Here is a throat with tonsillitis. Well, this is a place where tonsillitis can be (tonsils). And here is a liver. By the way, your liver aches. Now I won’t heal it.

Anya, you are only 7 years old. How would you do it?

I wouldn't do it myself. I’d just join with the energy flow, and it, itself, would stream down over a needle.

With all my heart I’d like to share my joy and delight after all those unbelievable miracles that happened to me at a seminar of the International Academy. The people who went there from different countries, sacrificing their time and usual routines, were greatly rewarded.
