SENIOR SECTION

Who is it for ?

Women aged 14-26 are able to be members of the Senior Section whether they belong to a Ranger Unit or are Young Leaders or Adult Leaders with other sections.

What do RANGERS do ?

Rangers take more responsibility for the program of activities and this includes deciding what activities to do and how this will be done. They are involved in the whole process including planning and delivering the meetings. This has scene the rangers run a Ready Steady Cook night, decorate glass, try Tai chi and self defence as well as quiz nights and ten pin bowling.

Who are Young Leaders ?

These are girls aged 14-18 who assist the Guiders to run the weekly meetings for the younger girls at all sections. The hope is that they will go on to be the Guiders of the future. Senior Section members also have the chance to be on the service crew at large camps both in the UK and abroad.
