| GCSCA is a non-profit organization, created to initiate horsemanship education and promote horse events in the area. Membership consists of various approved saddle clubs in the Goodhue County area. Currently this includes 4 clubs! Members of each club are encouraged to compete in the clubs hosting GCSCA horse shows! The points from these 5 shows are combined to provide year end awards & year end High Point Awards for contestants.
All GCSCA horse shows are WSCA qualifying shows. New in 2009, we are implementing a Trail Riding Program to promote trail riding within our organization. The association is very family friendly and great friendships have been built throughout the years! |

Cassie Sprenger We are happy to announce that the Cornerstone Equestrian Center has re-opened! And our own Cassie (Law) Sprenger is the Barn Manager & Trainer. Congratulations and good luck on your new endeavor Cassie! Ellie Ryan Our thoughts and prayers are with the Ryan family as Ellie recovers from her car accident. Ellie Ryan, a 17 yr old member of the Hay Creek Valley Saddle Club. Click HERE to find out more about Ellie and her accident. Family and friends are organizing a benefit for Ellie. It will be held January 31st at PR's Place in River Falls, WI. The benefit begins at 4:00 pm. Jilliane "Jello" Paquet Congratulations to "Jello" and her game horse "Jet'! The Purina company recently arrived at the Paquet family farm in Ellsworth WI to talk to them more about their daughter and her game horse Jet. Who at age 35, won her a High Point GCSCA Belt Buckle in speed events! This dynamic duo has been recognized by Purina as a STAR PERFORMER!
