| The 2008 Awards Banquet is only 12 days away! Thank you to all the delegates for your hard-work in planning this event! If you haven't ordered your tickets yet - get the order in ASAP. Throughout the evening we'll being raffling off donated items and will of course have our table of beautiful silent auction items! We'll also be crowning the 2009 GCSCA Queen and Princess at the banquet!! Good luck ladies! We are VERY excited about this years awards and new programs - be sure to attend the banquet to find out all the details. |

| Miscellaneous Q & A Q: How Do I Sign-up for the Banquet? A: We have 2 ways to sign up. 1) Preferred Method: Click HERE to sign up electronically (pay later). 2) Contact your clubs GCSCA Delegate Q: Do I have to Sign-Up prior to the event? A: Yes! Grandpa's Garage needs a final count so they can be plan a fabulous event! Q: If I sign-up and it ends up I can't attend, do I still have to pay for my tickets? A: Yes, as GCSCA will have to pay Grandpa's Garage for you even if you aren't at the event. Q: Do I pay for my tickets when I order them online? A: No. Tickets will be paid for at the door. Q: Do I have to purchase a ticket even if I can't make the meal? A: Yes. The ticket prices include admission, meal and entertainment. |
| The GCSCA 2008 Slide Show We'd love to put together a slide show again this year of the photos everyone took this year. But we need your photos so the show can include photos of members from all the clubs!!! If you took photos of GCSCA exhibitors this year (doesn't matter how good or how bad) we'd love to include them. Please email us to find out how to forward the photos to us! | Raffle and Silent Auction Items It's not too early for everyone to go out and get donations for our Raffle & Silent Auctions! The more we have for the raffle & door prizes, the more fun it'll be for all! The Raffle & Silent Auctions also help fund the banquet! The donated items do not need to be horse related (although those are always fun!)... just something that others might be interested in buying or winning! Check with your local convenience & grocery stores, feed mills, Tack Stores, etc! Handmade blankets and homemade breads/jellies have been a hit in the past too! If you don't feel comfortable asking local businesses to donate - feel free to pick up a gift card or small toy or gift to donate yourself! |
