FEELINGS

Sometimes I think a person loves me

Often I think these feelings are false

Sometimes I feel my selfless brain

Often I walk on selfish terrain

Sometimes, life is a ‘bed of roses’

Often I feel as a bunch of thorns

Sometimes I see a smiling child

Often I see him crying wild

Sometimes I see the dreams fulfilled

Often I see the depressed youth

Sometimes I see a woman regarded

Often sold… Often discarded

Sometimes I see the fresh little roses

Often I see them withering away

Sometimes I see the garden of dreams

Often despair… like the desert screams

Sometimes I see my self as me

But then I know that all is He

Then I see that we are changing

But Allah is there, He always will be
