Mission of the Brewery:
- Mission of marketing and sales:
- Maximize the value of profitable sales made by the company;
- Accurately forecast the would be sale for production scheduling and finicial forecasting;
- Mission of Finance departement to ensure that:
- All sales are invoiced promptly and accurately;
- All transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting records;
- All purchases are properly authorized,paid and accounted for;
- Appropraite management information is produced accurately and in a timely manner;
- Customers are credit worthly;
- Audit and other compliance (commitment) issues are handled correctly,efficiently and promptly;
- Mission of Human resorce department is to ensure that:
- Adequate supply of appropraitly qualified recruits;
- Training needs are qualified and efficiently implemented;
- Staff are properly treated, appriased of their performance and counseled about their future;
- The terms of engagement (salary, working hours, job description and condition of employment) for
all staff are agreed with all staff members;
- Mission of Thechnical departements:
- Process and production plan;
- Control and monitor processes;
- Define work man ship standards;
- Maintenance of production equipment and machinery;
- Preservation packaging and storage of finished product;
- Control production engineering activities;
- Design and development of products;
- Preparation of product specification;
- Technical evaluation of raw materials for production line before purchasing;
- Design house keeping program and implementation thereof;

- Perform inspection and testing in accordance with the quality plans and documented procedures;
- Maintaine inspection records;
- Initiate requests for and follow up on corrective action;
- Handle non-conforming products;
- Maintaine and ensure caliberation of inspection, measuring and testing equipment;
- Carry out quality assessments of suppliers;
- Audit quality management systems to confirm compliance with procedures;
- Advice and support other departments to achieve their quality objectives;
- Organize external training regarding quality;
- Prepare training material regard quality and give the training ;
- Facilitate the reduction in the cost of quality in each department;
- Establish appropraite meanse of communication to keep all staff informed of the progress
made by the quality program;
- Analyzing and interpreting customer feed back on the whole service provided by the business;
- Document control;
- Mission of Procurement & property administration:
- Supplier selection and purchasing;
- Goods in word inspection;
- Stock analysis;
- Monitor and review suppliers performance ;
- Ensure raw materials spare parts and auxiliary materials are:
- Stored safety and securely under appropriate condition until required.
- Subject to appropraite procedures on receipt from internal and external
suppliers completion of delivery advice note,inspected,recorded and stored.
- Goods required by the customer are accurately identified and made ready for collection when required.
