From the President:

Things are definitely looking up. The new furnaces are in place and looking good. Hopefully they will be operational soon. The trustees presented a proposal to the membership to purchase two new stoves to update our kitchen. The membership voted to make the purchase. These new stoves will provide much needed s afety updates and take advantage of our free natural gas instead of the propane. The windows and doors are still at a standstill because of me. I promise I will do my best this next month to get this project well on its way. Last month I had some personal things that I needed to take care of that involved most of my time. The one thing that I had the pleasure of attending was the Fairhaven Day. What an experience. I cant even explain what an event this is. I left that day with a great feeling that our club was participating in a great worthwhile project. There was lots of help and the event was well run. This is an event that I will try to attend every year. Everyone should see this at least once. Thanks to everyone who offered their help. By the way the fish were biting well. Im sorry I did not make our club fishing derby. Hopefully next year.
