Membership/Newsletter

Membership renewal ends February 28. If you have not already renewed your membership for 2009, send me your renewal fees along with a STAMPED, SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE so I can send you your card and key. Dues for 2009 are $37. Hours not worked in 2008 are paid at $7each. FIRST YEAR MEMBERS CANNOT BUY YOUR HOURS. You can send your check to Kathy French. Please call me if you have any questions about what you owe. If you have any changes to your address, e-mail address, or phone numbers please be sure and send me notice of those changes. New postal regulations for undeliverable USPS mail will cost the club beginning in May. With so many giving up their land lines for cell phones, I am finding several numbers that are no longer in service. My e-mail address is [email protected].

From the President:

Thank goodness the gas well has been drilled and as long as the well is productive we will see an end to our high heating costs. Let’s make this a record year! There are a number of things I would like the club to have records20in. 1. Ticket sales and profits for the club raffle and the Federation Raffle. 2. Increased NRA memberships in the club. It is more important now than ever. 3. Increased activities in the club. There are so many new events we can have. All we need are a couple of chairmen and some volunteers. If you have an idea for an event please approach me or any trustee and let9 9s get it going. 4. Let’s also make this a record year for improvements in the clubhouse. We will be having some work parties and will be getting estimates for some much needed improvements to the building.

From the Trustees:

We are planning to replace some windows in the club house. If you are experienced in construction and are interested in giving an estimate/bid/help please contact one of the Trustees.
