Bill and I are very excited to have the featured artists of Firefest 2004 playing in the firehouse. Each band should bring something different to the table so each person can eat just what they like. If not, beer will be available for those of you with the stomach. Just like the Americans to the Indians... if you don't understand it, kill it.

One Sound Reason

As far as I known One Sound Reason is just Jason Leighton and Matt Schroeder. Both of them are working on getting their shit started and I would expect some good songs to come out of them as I know Jason well and Matt is a decent guy from what I gather.
Matt has the pop punk voice while Jason hits you with that rusty sound we all know, creating a splendid contrast between smooth and rough. Sort of like my sex life... wait, I didn't say pathetic...

Sense of Fabrication

I have never heard this band. In fact I'm not sure Bill has either. I guess you would call this the surprise band. I'm looking forward to it.

Just Add Water

Gustavus ska at its best. I've only heard a few songs but I can predict that blood will be spilt by all the skanking. As my favorite type of show to see, I hope they don't let me down because the speed of my knife is greater than my tolerance for disappointment...
