I will now explain each link one by one.

Ancanar is a movie inspired by Tolkien's writings. It, as far as I know, has no set release date though we are all hoping for the best. Also on Ancanar.com is a forum called the Iaurond Room (sp?) that I am an active member of.

Dagorhir is a game/sport where you dress up midieval-ish and make foam weapons. Then, after the weapons have been safety checked, you proceed in beating the tar out of each other. It is played in many locations across the US and elsewhere.Go to the website for more info!

Many of the games made by this company I DO NOT support. But there is one that I do. It is the LOTR miniatures game. I am an avid player and collecter of the miniatures. All in all it is a very fun table-top strategy game and I would recomend it to anyone.

This is the site for the New York Tolkien society chapter. It is a valuable resource for any Tolkien fan and has a good forum to boot. The people who run it are good (I'm such a suck-up) and it is generally a good site

Ichthus is a huge Christian Music Festival held every year just outside of Wilmore KY. Tons of popular bands come and there is fun for all. If it rains (like always) there are mud slides, mud pits, and mud wars for all. Its generally a great experience.
