Feb 27 - New interview with Matthew Barber. He's an awesome Canadian singer songwriter who actually takes the time to talk to his fans. I got a chance to talk to him through some emails and he tells us about his new album, his music, the songwriting process, and that hot chick in his video. Jan 26 - New interview with Michelle Navotny. She went to Colonel Irvine last year and now she adapting to life in the Middle East. We talk about the differences between Canadian and Arabian culture, learn how to swear in Arabic, and if you think the dress code is bad at your school just wait until you hear about hers. Jan 19 - New feature again! This one is called the Showdown (see the blog for details on a contest to give this thing a half decent name.) Vote for your favorite song in the poll and it could survive to become a Samurai Master.
Jan 18 - I added a new section of interviews. The first interview is with Dillan on the subject of the apocalypse. Some people are saying that the alarming number of natural disasters that have occured lately among other things are signalling the end of the world. Dillan had some interesting things to say. From what I can gather, I'm doomed. Oh well, check it out anyways: Apocolypse Now.
Jan 17 - I am now a CBC news affiliate. Sounds impressive but basically it means I applied and wasn't a porn site. But now you can all check out the news. Also added a script called Al in Normal-land. Its a twisted spoof on Alice in Wonderland if you like it, leave a comment.

Jan 15 - Retired Who Am I? I'm Chris Novak to the writing graveyard and added a new essay Contrast=Conflict. This new one made the front page in grade 9. It has to be good.
Jan 14 - New funny short short story, Calgary vs Inuvik and a new serious one, Alien Earth.
Jan 13 - Added a new short story, Boobman. Don't worry, its not what it sounds like its about. Its about a fat boy. Sounds like a pretty basic premise for a short story, but its not all poking fun, although there's plenty of that. It'll make you laugh, it'll make you cry. Check it out.

Jan 8 - Added a 3-essay series about the homeless: Nothing Left for Me
Jan 7 - Retired two of my older pieces in the writing section. "Getting Out" and "The Worship of Media Heroes" have been moved to a better place, the Writing Graveyard.
Jan 6 - Added a guestbook, split Atilla into pages, wrote a "What if..." story for the blog. Might be the first of a series if people like it. Also added a page full of links. I should be putting new ones in their all the time so check it out.
Jan 4 - Added a new short, short story, titled Masquerade. It's a 100 word metaphor describing a moment. Think outside the box. It is not about a school dance.
Jan 3 - Added a new short story, Atilla. I hate to toot my own horn, but I'll do it anyways. This is the best story I've ever written. I also added a guestbook, and a link to my Launchcast radio station.
Jan 2 - Added two new essays. Advancement and Robert J. Oppenheimer: The Father of the Atom Bomb. Check them out.
