Greetings!
I can hardly believe that my second year here in Zuni has come to an end. Always looking for ways that I can best use what gifts God has blessed me with, I have requested to teach Character Values for the 2006-2007 School Year. Teaching assignments have not yet been finalized, but I have been looking into programs that can be used with the Character Values program, or with Language Arts program if that is where I continue!
Two programs are the "Don't Laugh At Me" program, and another is a book that was lent to me by Sr. Maria that includes DRAMA which is something that was requested last year by several students! So, I'll be doing a lot of reading this summer, as well as working on building a house and being a mechanic!

June 22, 2006: Syllabi for classes now available. Check out links above!
July 22, 2006: Just got info that a new counselor has been hired. He will also be teaching music, so my teaching assignment will no longer include music. Art/Music syllabus updated.
August 12, 2006: Just got news that I will also be teaching Language Arts 7. I'm restructuring the organization of the Language Arts classes (found out the number of minutes per week is different than what I was anticipating). I have updated the supplies lists. The weekly bulletin of September 6th has been updated. Weekly activities list for Art added. I will be updating the syllabi for Character Values and Language Arts soon.
August 15, 2006: I'm back to teaching music. Our focus this year will be more on performance. Music syllabus now available! Updated Character Values syllabus and added weekly activities for Character Values class. Language Arts 7 and 8 Syllabus now updated and available!
August 18, 2006: Well, we just went shopping for the boys' school supplies and I realized I had some errors in the Supply List for sizes and amounts; I've corrected them. The supply list will also be available at Registration on the 23rd.
September 21, 2006: Adding Class Notes section to website. A big blue binder is in the classroom that has cleaner copies (printed in Microsoft Word). If you'd like copies, please email me!
