10 am and it's Family Meeting time. We went around the
table to give a report on each family and also to have our
15 Minutes of Fame. We bragged about whatever we wanted to.
Even though we share family letters it's nice to hear from
each other personally.

I think it was Sarah who had the idea of combining two
of these 5-nesting-doll pins to make one with seven for Mom.
I tried many times to get a clear picture of these girlies,
I guess they're just shy.

Sarah and Linda living it up poolside.

An ice bear at the buffet.

A veggie squirrel also at the buffet. I think it's body is made
of eggplant and his limbs of crook-neck squash.

Then it was off to a paper box class.
Patty and Linda were way ahead of the instructor
having done this kind of thing before. He called
them show offs.

The P'tels, Karen and Mom were also there.
As I was leaving our stateroom to come to this class,
feeling very sleepy like I was the whole week, Michael was
just climbing into bed for a delicious nap. I was envious
but I wanted to spend every possible minute with
sisters. Michael then admitted he was glad he
didn't have any sisters on the cruise, then his eyes
slammed shut for four hours. I did get to join him
for the last two. Good thing we set the alarm
to get ready for dinner!

Mom making her box wearing her new Alaska
sweatshirt and the beautiful shell butterfly
pin Susan gave her. That pin looked SO
nice on that sweatshirt.

Our travel agent bud, Spud. We'll leave it at that.
Let's all take a deep breath, try to relax, and move on.

Linda, Jen, and Pete after dinner waiting for the
comedy show to start. Linda is making people
giggle like she does.

Mom, Patty, Blair, Susan, David, Karen, Ron, Sarah,
Laurel and Michael were also there.

As the band was filling time before the show there was dancing.
I remember Blair and Susan as always being good dancers.
I was delighted to see them get up and dance! Susan had the
happiest look on her face. It's much better on our video.

Some of us took pictures with Mom;
Linda and Craig,

Ron and Sarah,

Laurel and Michael.

Sisters #6, #4 and #5 with Madre.

The P'tels go out on deck to take a look around before bed.
I learned on this trip that eskimos are not native to Alaska
(whatever that means, I don't know), but Sarah looks like one!

Did someone say bedtime? Why then we'd better get to the buffet!
We were greeted by an eggplant/cauliflower poodle,

and a Polynesian girl. Some people are so clever.
