I would rather have a transparent background but it didnt work out that way. i put a designed background on this weeks page so the transparent gif would work..but then i cant get the jpgs to look right. :(

| Assignment 1..this is my ellipse with text then made into a button. To see the other button i made..put your mouse over the green button. | Assignment 2.. more text. the selection option is cool! i'm not sure if i did this right but i still liked how it turned out. :) the transparent thing though doesnt seem to work for me. when i move the selected letters i thought they would leave transparent spots..but it left my background color. i was wanting to see this webpages background showing through the letters. to me, thats transparent. i must be doing something wrong..sigh. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Assignment 4...drawing freehand..yikes! i cannot draw with a trackerball..lol. but considering that i cant draw a straight line with a pencil either, they dont look too bad. when i did color count there was 700something. was more then i expected, but i saved them twice. jpg on the left..transparent gif on the right. other then the transparent part, the flower looks the same to me. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Assignment 6.. bezier curves. i swear this was the toughest assignment yet! i had to have made at least 50 thousand curves trying to figure out that bezier maneuver. i tried them with textures and gradients..some were cool but they didnt have much purpose. i settled on a simple design with simple beziers..lol :) | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
