Having passed the Scilly Isles to Port, again at night, we ran before the wind for the last day past The Lizard towards Plymouth and the finish.

Here Peter is trimming the Kite, and for once I can't have been grinding as I took this photo.

Downwind Cam trims standing, whilst Neil (obscured) grinds and Chris steers.

Alibi, a J-120 is chased down the channel. Though she eventually finished ahead on the water, her faster handicap meant we still beat her on corrected time. Hurray!

Ash climbs up the pole downhaul (foreguy).

Approaching the finish the wind increased again forcing us the peel again back to the 0.75 oz kite. Speeds of over 9 kts were achieved as we surfed larger waves.

Another inside hoist during the peel. You get the idea.

Charlie, arms a blur of speed, demonstrating why he achieved such a reputation as a ace grinder during the race....

...and that's all folks!
