After a tough night on the rail, Adrian still finds the time to call in at the office, sporting his natty hands free kit. The wind had subsided and the Heavy and Medium No. 1 sails replaced the No.'s 3 & 4 of the previous night.

Adam, never shy when the camera's out, is on the helm, whilst Pete trims the main sail, eyes focued ahead to the challenges to come.

Adrian demonstrates some of the lateral thinking and determination required in a sucessful crew as he attempts to gain a signal for his phone offshore by hoisting an extention antenna up the mast. It only goes to prove you can take the man out of the office, but you can't take the office out of the man!

The crew rests after a gruelling night hiking on the rail. Bad hair is already in wide evidence.

Greg, in the forground rests his eyes after a tough night playing video games with the B&G electronic charts. Working back are Jo, Ash, Adam, Neil and Peter on the helm.
