Families wait to testify at the Congressional Inquiry of March 13, 2004 in California.
Due to testimony taking longer than expected, many families did not get a chance to
testify.  Congressman Joe Baca extended the deadline for families to submit their evidence
books several times to March 31, 2004.

Faces of the falsely accused are varied..

The Pain of Unjust and Unwarranted intrusions of CPS into
our lives can be seen on our faces....

One who attended the hearings in California reported that many parents and grandparents
became choked with emotion as they began to tell their stories.
 Some just lowered their heads
and cried.
