Rep. Joe Baca
Congressman Joe Baca (California) headed the panel for the Congressional Inquiry of CPS Abuses and
Victimization of Families on March 13, 2004.  Reportedly, Rep. Baca was scheduled to attend the
Inquiry for a short period of time, however, once the testimony began, Rep. Baca remained the entire day.  Rep. Baca has forwarded copies of families evidence books to Congressman Wally Herger
and to Legislators in Washington, DC. A Congressional Inquiry will be scheduled to take place in Washington, DC.  Rep. Baca retained copies of portions of the evidence
books and will write a report.
