It is inappropriate to make documented work such as letters.
Desktop Publisher
This software is inappropriate to modify graphics in many styles, and can only insert and edit it in a simple way. Slide presentation cannot be made.
Presentation Software
This software is inappropriate to do a complex task like making many pages of documented work.
Drawing Packages
This software is only appropriate for drawings….we cannot use it for writing novels and thick book as it requires lots of paragraphs.
