Next game, 1/3/04 The next game will be on January 3rd 2004, at the same place we have been playing for the last few months. In game time, will be the night of New Years Eve. Invitations for some things will be sent out in your e-mails later in the week. So hope to see you all there, and hope everyone had a good, Christams/Solstice/whatever you celebrate this time of year, and have a good New Years.

The latest on location for the Winter: Well I have some bad news for anyone who is interested in joining the game, until a new location is found, or Spring arrives I need to put a freeze on new players. Until something else is found we will be holding the LARP at a private home, so at the moment I have to keep the number of people down. However this session (10/11/03) will still be at Moir Park at the normal time (I should be there by 2:30pm) so if anyone is interested now, this is your last chance for this season. I will keep updated this site, and post as soon as the freeze is over. Until that time, if you are interested try and contact me anyway and perhaps we can still work something out.

Character Building Sheet on the web: For new players, and people building new characters here is the generic character sheet for the game. Character Sheet (PDF)
Downtime report on the web: Well, here it is! On-line downtime. Downtime

Next session, and an apology: The last few weeks have been kind of hard on me, so I have not gotten as much as I wanted to get done for the game. I will have most everything ready, but if I forgot some things, or will not get them done I apologize in advance. As for the game itself, it is at Moir park with the standard schedule. The in game location once again is not set firm, however Night Magic will be open.
Teasers: Some things I was hoping to do before this game will be added to this web-site (or possibly a new one in my own domain.) in the next few weeks. A few examples: A description of Night Magic, and other locals, a downtime questionnaire that you can fill out on-line and it will be e-mailed to me, and many other things.

New House Rules Section: Click here.
Some In Game Information: Night Magic, a club located just outside the Twin Cities will be holding it's grand re-opening this Saturday. (8-2-03) It is a club that looks like an old English castle.
Also this session, there will not be an obvious reason for people to gather. However if you decide to sit at your home/haven/sanctum/etc. you are going to most likely be very bored.
Location: We will still be playing at Moir Park this session. I checked on the Bloomington Community Center, and unless I am a Government Organization it would cost me something like$25/hour. So that will not work. (Unless $20 dollars to play is worth it to everyone.....I didn't think so.)
Next Session. The next session will be on
August 2nd, 2003. It will be at Moir Park once again. (See below for
directions.)
The Schedule for the day will be:
2:30pm - Sign In will begin.
This would be the time to talk to GMs or the Storyteller about out of character
concerns.
3:15pm - Opening Storyteller statements will be made.
3:30pm - Game will
officially begin.
9:45pm - End of game, and final Storyteller announcements
(Last game I waited for people who seemed to be running late. This will no longer be the case. So if you miss the opening statements, you will have to wait until the Storyteller is available to go over them with you before you can start to play.)
7-17-03
Some Rules: There are a couple things, I realized I had not yet posted that I wanted to get out ASAP. These will be added to the rules page shortly.
1) This game is rated R. There will most likely be foul language, violence, and adult situations. None may actually happen, but I don't want to have to restrict myself or players. (Basically this means that you must be 18 or older to participate. If you are younger, please talk to me, and if you have your parents permission it should be alright. However no one under the age of 16 for any reason will be allowed.)
2) No children are allowed. So if you are a parent and want to play, you can not bring your children. (Unless they are old enough to play.)
7-16-03
Update. Here is the invitation that everyone gets for the next session.
You are invited to celebrate the union of
Lyra Fraser and Gerald Hawksmoor.
No worries though, this is just a party, no ceremonies.
For those of you, that do not recognize the names, I do hope you will still
attend, we are looking forward to meeting more of our neighbors.
The invitation arrives with location, and directions to the park. The entire invite is done very beautifully with celtic knot work on the edges. It also mentions that food will be provided. (This is of course in character, for the Storyteller is a student and cannot actually provide food for the entire game.)
Role-Playing Note. For those of you that have homes that are supposedly very secret and are wondering how you would receive invites or other mail, here is your answer. In my worlds, there is a service called SPS. (Supernatural Postal Service.) This service will deliver a letter, and non-dangerous package to any person. They never reveal how they find people, and they never reveal where they found people. Players can use this service, but they do check the thing to be delivered, and look badly at people who try and use them incorrectly.
Note Cards for Equipment. The last few weeks have been kind of hectic, or at least strange. So, I'm not sure I will finish all of the cards by this session. So those who have not given me their equipment list have a bit of a reprieve.

Update. The Short history of the last year has been updated. It gives a very brief idea of what has occurred in the last year, up to the prelude game on June 21st 2003. (It is a brief history.) Click here for the History.
6-22-03
New Additions to the Site. The main addition to day, is the page you are reading. This page will have upcoming dates, and out of character information. (Soon there will be a page with news that will be in game. SO keep an eye out for that.)
