Below are some of the rules and some of the organization of the game.  Realizing of course if any rules are given out by the Storyteller at a game, those overrule whatever is written here.

First of all let me give an over view of the staff of Cities of Blood II.  There is a Storyteller, and four Game Masters.  There is a huge difference between the two in this game.

The Storyteller is the person who develops the main plots of the game.  The plots that tend to effect every race, and some that don't.  The Storyteller is the final say when it comes to rules or disputes.

The Game Masters are people who are there to help with rules and help the Storyteller move the game along.  There will be a Game Mater for Vampires, Werewolves, Changelings, and Mages.  Each Game Master will be playing a character.  They will have most of the knowledge of the race they are in charge of, but will not know the whole picture.  They will be playing higher powered characters, in a way they are basically something between a PC and an NPC.  If PC come into conflict with a GMPC (Game Master PC) another Game Master or the Storyteller will officiate anything that would be needed.  Again the Storyteller has the final say.  The Game Masters will be allowed to make side plots within their systems.

The following is a list of the Storyteller and Game Master:

Storyteller: Dan "Evil" Mohr.  That would be me, the one writing all of this.  I was thinking of doing a little bio, but decided against it at the moment.  Check back that might change.  (E-mail address for the game: [email protected])

Mage Game Master: Colleen Palmer  (E-mail address for the game: [email protected])

Changeling Game Master: Jonathan Neville

Werewolf Game Master:  Lyn Taylor

Vampire Game Master:  Sam Hirte-Runtsch  (E-mail address for the game: [email protected])

The other systems will be handled by the Storyteller. (Mortals, Mummies, etc.)

Starting Characters:  All characters can be created from any of the main books in the White-Wolf storyteller system.  All begin with the normal starting points.  The only books allowed are the main books and players guides, and other books only with permission from the storyteller and your chosen races GM.  If you have any questions on a possible character concept send an e-mail to the address below.

Rules System:  The system that is being used is the White Wolf storytellers system.  We will be using the new revised edition with a few lingering rules from second edition.  Also because this is an amalgam of the main systems, and the systems contradict each other in places, there are some differences.  These will be revealed when needed, or if you have any questions, please ask the storyteller, or any of the GMs.

If you are interested in the game, and want to know where the next session will be, please go to Dates and News.
