Dear minister,
I first visited your site and was appalled. I know much about drew and
all of her wisdom and beileve that she would be discusted with your
site! She loves her fans and would never want them to go this far.
You need help. For your information you need a licence to be a
minister. Check in to a mental hospital!
Sincerely,
a concerned drew fan

What a non-believer believes is of no interest to the church. That said,
your comments, along with your dismay, serve only to further evidence the
persecution that we, the many members of the church, continue to be
subjected to.
Minister Caleb.
P.S.
Love is the only licence I need to perform the functions of a minister.
Claudia writes:
Dear Minister Caleb,
Your vision of how the world should truly love Drew is inspiring. I have decided to sell my home and my possessions. It is my calling to dedicate my life to spreading the good word of Drew. There are a couple of things that must be resolved before I embark on my journey. First, since I will be indirectly working for the church, will my purchases and meager income be tax exempt? And, secondly, when giving a testimony, how do I explain her misguided involvement with "Charlie's Angels"? I suspect there will be questions.
In Response:
Plaudits to you, my friend! With your help, I am certain that we can remake the world along Drewistic lines!
Now, with respect to your questions: 1) As you know, the US Government has been taken over by a cadre of totalitarian political demogoues led by that "son of a bush," George W. Whose chief aim, if you don't know, is to persecute members of the Church. This being as it is, I very much doubt you'll be able to write off, as deductibles, your purchases.
2) Your question, regarding DREW'S involvement with Charlie's Angel's, leaves me wondering if perhaps you haven't fallen victim to the insecure and envious who, in their evil efforts, will stop at nothing to smear the sacred name of DREW. That said, allow me to assure you, Charlie's Angels is the best movie that's ever made its way to the screen.

Ok, I was reading everyone's comments to you and I feel bad that everyone is getting pissy about your site. What's wrong with these people? What flaming idiots--> I think your site is beautiful. Drew is a wonderful person--> her words and actions are filled with so much passion. She is my idol and life, and I can't stand when people mistake my love for her as stalking. They couldn't be more off! You're doing a wonderful job on your site--> keep it up!
Charity Writes:
R U FOR REAL??
In Response:
The Church Of Drew rests on the twin pillars of reason and reality. These, I tell you, in all sincerity, are the main themes of the church.
Minister Caleb
The Prophet, Able Noel, Writes:
Drew is delightful, an aphrodisiac for the sense receptors
indeed. In the course of the grand tour of Church of Drew,
I entered a new realm of love and was flung out of my usual
self, beyond the glamour and stardom. Your vision is now
our vision. In the forthcoming bible, we shall obey Drew's
lavish instructions to burn sweet incense to Her liking. A
smell so delicious even animals will come together and join
the ring, the circle, the church. An evolution of child
actor to the angel flower princess She is now, surely a
charm to behold. We can only marvel in this sensuality. The
melodies of the planet Earth sing to Her with ecstasy.
In Response:
Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet! That
being said, I shall henceforth forever cease from speaking.
But let it be known, an Apostle is among us, sent to preach
the Gospel!
Rae writes:
I hope that if Drew has seen your website , that she
is flattered. We are not stalking her or following
her around as some would say. We are just
acknowledging her as being amazing. She is a
beautiful butterfly
In Response:
Yes, indeed she is! And you are correct, we are not
stalking her. Our only purpose is to
express that which is in our hearts, love.
Minister Caleb
Butterfly Writes:
I love Drew Barrymore. I love her so much that I
would
never do to her what you have. How degrateing is
this? You have turned her life that was not filled
with love and made every body think it was. She was
in therapy her teen years, did you know that? She was
so screwed up because she came from a psycho family.
Did you know that? Her life was not all fun and games
and overflowing with love. You need to check your
facts about Drew. You know absolutely nothing! You
make me sick! How can you even sleep at night knowing
good and well what you are doing to this young
woman!?
In response:
And you, my friend, have absolutely zero
understanding as to the nature of this site. It is a
Celebration of Drew, meant in no way to be degrading.
In fact, one could argue that you, yourself, are
degrading Drew by focussing only on her troubled
youth - she encompasses so much more than that! She
is the embodiment of strength and courage, not to
mention love. These qualities have allowed her to
transend the very troubles you speak of. If you want,
as it seems you do, to reduce drew to little more
than a troubled childhood, then feel free. But we can
not and will not, because we know she is so much more
than that.
Minister Caleb
Sup! My name is nick and I want to know if there's a
Drew Bible. And if so if you can email me the bible.
Nick
In response:
No, not quite yet--but soon, and it is sure to
offend all people of convention!
Minister Caleb
Surgar writes:
Listen, I am a very big fan of Drew Barrymore, and I
have always been and I will always be one. But once
I saw this site I had to find an address to write to
so I may express my feelings about this so called
religion. I think that it is very wrong to create a
religion (or whatever you are up to) because of an
actress. Yes, she is very beautiful and very
talented, but those are terrible reasons to create
such a freak show, if you may. This is so wrong and
I have never been more disgusted in my life. She is
juss a regular down- to-earth-person who doesn't need
such idecent exposure.
In Response:
I am afraid you've misunderstood the idea behind the
Church Of Drew. The church of Drew is not a freak
show, as you so mistakenly call it. It is a show of
love. And that Love is Drew Barrymore. So, in the
end, if we, the Church of Drew, want to call Drew a
religion, we can. For
what is religion, if not Love.
Minister Caleb
Paul writes:
Drew's
relatives are seen now! Always cool to match looks to
Georgia Drew to Drew herself. Jaid on Howard Stern
TONIGHT!!! Wonder if shell mention...ME! I met her 6
years ago at Trinity on Melrose Av. She was hiding
something BIG from me! Only makes me want to continue
finding out if my letter caused her press exposure 10
yrs ago.Never meant any harm for her. Email me if you
know how the Enquirer got the story.
In response:
Paul, again you have written us a wonderfully
inventive letter. Thank you...
Minister Caleb
Gertie writes:
um........
the church of drew is really an amazing idea. is it
like a religion? i wanna be part of it. please tell
me more about this. thanks, gertie
In Response:
The Church Of Drew is whatever you want it or need it
to be. For most it is Love, and Drew is the symbol
and embodiment of that
love.
Minister Caleb
Bill and Pam write:
what are you doing?? you are very obsessed.
In Response:
See below!
Minister
Caleb
paul writes:
I am someone who
has been following up
an event,{her press exposure}since I beleive I may
have indirectly caused it by sending a letter to the
wrong place. A letter with info I recieved
telepathicaly 3500 miles away.I needed to ONLY share
my thoughts of love and needed understanding so one
of the ways I hoped to reach Drew was to visit her
Mom on May 8 1992 where she worked on Melrose. We
talked for a while-she only showed me fear-hate and
only wanted boundaries. I wont give up (in the future
sometime)on finding a way for Drew to understand but
her
mom---well what do you think of those two together??
ps i have no interest in contacting Jaid.
In Response:
First, Drew's
relationship with her mother is just that. It's her
relationship. Not ours. So, that said, I can
not comment on that particular issue. But, in regard
to your fear of indirectly causing some sort of
incident involving Drew's mother, I wouldn't worry
about it. She's a big girl, and can handle herself.
Hope that eases your anxiety.
Minister Caleb
karla writes:
an obsession i suppose. i love her because she is
what i want to be. I think she has a lot of good in
her soul and that she can make a goood life for
herself. Love, Karla
In Responce:
Thta's great! I love the fact that you're able to
look beyond her physical beauty to see the good that
is in her soul. And as far as you wanting to be like
her, that's great, too! She is a wonderful woman, as
I suspect you are...
