Euclide are not, and have never been, a natural race of Earth. The first Euclide ever born was created in 400 BC, around the time of their namesake; Euclides of Megara. Originally they had been just simple, normal, animals. No types, no intelligence, no violent blood lust. Just simple, normal wolves, cheetahs, and bunny-rabbits. Then the unthinkable happened. Something that, today, has never been recorded in history. The first known aliens landed, or rather 'appeared', on Earth. These were the Murdon. The Murdon are, or were, an incredibly intelligent race. They had two fully workable brains, both larger than the average human brain, which made them super-intelligent lifeforms. But because their brains can't converse with one another, mistakes were made. The Murdon built time machines, and decided to send a few of their people to different eras. Groups of six to ten were signed up for the experiment and prepared to be sent back. Of course, they had to wipe their memories before sending them, incase they accidently gave information to people they shouldn't. They also chose to send them to a different planet, just in case. Unfortunetly the Murdon who were sent to Earth could not get back to their own time and planet, and hence were stuck with nothing but stupid, although amusing, humans for company. Needless to say, the Murdon got bored. And because they got bored, they decided to conduct expirements. (All was possible, as only one side of the brain had any memories on it, while the other contained the majority of the 'intelligence'). Having scattered about the Earth in their boredom, each member chose a different animal to tinker with. They have them superior intelligence, strength, speed, cunning, charm...better even than that of the most godly human. These were to be the Euclide. One Murdon, Yuukuj, a dominant male of the group, had become quite attatched to a human philosopher. Euclides. Euclides had passed away shortly before the creation of the Murdon's expirements, and in his grief, Yuukuj decided to name the creatures after his deceased friend. Hence their name. The Murdon also passed on their naming rules to the Euclide. Several years passed, and the first Earth-bound Murdon grew old, bred, and died, as all beings are apt to doing. With them died the culture of the old world, as new technology began to flourish. Gone were the days of chariots and harem-slaves. Gone the pyramids and the great walls. Gone the open minded societies of Earth. But the Euclide adapted. They adatped to the changes and grew with them. Their charm and suave morphed to fit the new society, and they continued on their ways. In the beginning They were sad, pathetic creatures, and the Murdon did not like them any longer. Murdon were a physically weak race, and their numbers were few due to the lack of breeding that happened in the race. So they decided to use the Euclide once again. Apparently their little experiments were the resolution for all their problems. The Murdon gathered together all the Euclide they could find and, with the minor magics they possessed, cursed them. Their eyes went blank and white, and their souls were wrenched from their bodies, leaving them bitter and cruel and evil. The Murdon told them it was the humans that did this to them, igniting the forever harbored hatred Euclide have for humans.
