The Ephorate is a self-perpetuating body within the Rascals, Rogues, and Rapscallions. It owns the names, marks, traditions, ensignia, and other accoutrements associated with the RR&R. The Ephorate grants each Lair its RR&R charter and can act as a court of arbitration if conflicts arise within the RR&R.
