Karl is a charter member of Lair No. 3. He completed his Rascal's Challenge at the Third Quarter 2003 meeting of Lair No. 3. He was elected Rascal o' the Year at the 2004 Lair No. 3 Ball. Karl served a six-year term on the Ephorate.
