Many Rascals and friends attended the Ninth Annual Rascals Ball which was held at the Chatham Village club house on March 8, 2003.
Ron Diorio went home with his silver Jonathan Z. Landgraf medal, in recognition of his second Mass Challenge win. Lee Wolfson became the first person in Rascal history to take the Rascal o' the Year trophy home for a second time.
