The staff of Empire City is always open and willing to help any player, at any time. However, we ask that you do not contact us through PM while we are playing and if you wish to discuss room matters with us over AIM, please ask us first. This requires only a simple 'Can I discuss something room related with you?' or something along those lines. Most often the answer will be 'yes!' However, if no one is online or available, you are free to e-mail us! Send any questions (or complaints) to [email protected] and they will be answered in the order they were received.
