Elvis
plays a helicopter pilot in his second movie outing
in Hawaii. The first being Blue
Hawaii.
His amorous preocupation with every pretty stewardess
he comes across soon lands him in trouble with his job.
Deciding to stop working for the other guy, Rick returns
to his beautiful Hawaii to run his own helicopter service
between the islands. Predictably life is a bowl of fun,
sun and pretty girls, but things can go wrong and soon
do.

instrumental backing for most of these songs was laid
down on 26 and 27 July, with Elvis adding his vocals
the following week.
This was Elvis last recording session of 1965 and the
only year where he had recorded nothing but movie soundtracks.
