It appears that the twin John survived, and married twice.

In the Overseers of the Poor papers for Tetbury there is a settlement examination dated 30 May 1810 which reads,
Examination of Martha Le Chevalier widow of Peter Le Chevalier formerly of Tetbury but late of Little Washbourne maltster and baker deceased. She married her husband in Crudwell, Wiltshire in 1803 by whom she has 6 children, Martha Saunders aged 8 born in Stratton St Margaret near Swindon before she was married and Ann aged 5, Jane aged 3, Catherine and Anna Maria twins aged 2 and infant male unbaptised aged 20 days. Last Michaelmas Peter Le Chevalier took a dwelling house, malthouse, bakehouse, stable, orchard and garden in Little Washbourne at �30 a year and resided there till his death 26 Dec last.
Martha Saunders aged 8 was removed to Stratton and the rest of the family were removed from Tetbury to Little Washbourne.

Reference D566 T 2/9 dated 25 Sep 1754, is the lease of Waste land on which part of the Stable of the White Hart is built, the hovel and wall and stable late in possession of John Hone, and now in possession of John Ledgingham adjoining the east end of the house formerly in possession of John Witchell and known by the name of Salutation, or Boar, and now converted into a Stable.

Sarah Ledgingham was buried 5 July 1781
Jane, relict of John Ledgingham, was buried 24 June 1784.
John Ledgingham was buried 18 June 1788.

Neither left Wills at Tetbury.
Yes, Jane is called 'relict' when she was buried, despite John not being buried for another 4 years.
If our John was aged 25 in 1750, when he came to Tetbury, he would be aged 63 in 1788 and Jane could be relict of his father, aged around 85 when she died.

George aged 24, his brothers Nathaniel aged 14 years, John aged 17 years 7 months, and William aged 21 years and sister Alice aged 19 years shared his baptism as adults on 17510726. The Census suggests they are the surviving children of John.

John Leonard 16970218 - 17660713 , son of John aged 69, married 17270511 to Elizabeth Batting (as Lohn Linard) and buried their son John Baton 17291107. His children were baptised as adults 26 July 1751.
