All the rest of his possessions are given to Zebulon Harewell, of Trouble House, in trust for his grand daughter Frances Winterson for her to receive when she reaches the age of 21. If she should die before reaching that age, then the trust monies should be shared between such of his six daughters as then be living


Frances Winterson was baptised 1 March 1793, base child of Elizabeth Winterson a pauper
Elizabeth Winterson baptised Harriet 27 Jul 1796, and buried her base child Elizabeth 12 May 1797, who died without being baptised. On 26 July 1796 she declared that Thomas Blake was the father of her female bastard child. This is the only surviving Certificate for Bastardy sworn by Elizabeth Winterson

He was granted on 11 Aug 1698 lease of waste land beside the White Hart and on 25 Sep 1754 the document involves lease of (land) adjoining the east end of the house formerly in possession of John Witchell, known by the name of Salutation, or Boar, and now converted into a Stable.
